WRMC - Home Groups

Home Groups Leader

We give great emphasis to the centrality of God’s Word. We have cell and life groups running through the week which are well attended and provide a caring base for members of the groups. During the year we like to have two or three Pulpit/Cell series.

WRMC - Prayer and Care

Prayer and Care

We also have a very active Prayer and Care Team of about 25 members who share prayer requests for those within and outside the church, visit members in hospital, provide bereavement counselling and meals where necessary.

WRMC - Soul Sisters

Woman’s ministry - Soul Sisters’ Team

White River Methodist Church has an active women’s Ministry which is called Soul Sisters. They meet once a month on a Saturday morning and thus attract many more ladies across cultural boundaries and age groups.

Men’s Breakfast

The men meet once a month for breakfast together with men from the White River Anglican Church. Each month they invite an inspirational and motivational speaker for the breakfast.

WRMC - Missions

Missions

We dedicate 10% of our income to the various Mission. We have a pantry trolley every Sunday where non-perishables can be contributed. These are packed and distributed through our Mission team to needy families both in the church and in the community. WRMC tithes 10 per cent of its income to Missions.
